Marjan Taghipour is a passionate Iranian photographer whose journey behind the lens began in 2018. For her, photography is more than just capturing images—it is a way of seeing, feeling, and understanding the world. Through her camera, she seeks to tell stories that go beyond the surface, revealing the emotions, struggles, and beauty of everyday life.
Her work has been published in magazines and books, and she has played a key role in curating and designing photography exhibitions in galleries and museums. She finds inspiration in the rhythm of the world around her, capturing fleeting moments that might otherwise go unnoticed.
In 2021, she became a member of The International Federation of Photographic Art (FIAP) and was honored with the AFIAP distinction, recognizing her achievements in both national and international photography competitions. Over the years, her dedication and artistic vision have earned her numerous international awards, including the PSA Gold Medal, FIAP Gold Medals, GPU Gold Medal, GPU Silver Medal, FIAP Ribbons, PSA Ribbons, FPC Trophy, and several Honorable Mentions.
For Marjan, photography is not just about freezing time—it is about giving meaning to it. Every frame she captures is a reflection of her deep connection with people, places, and the emotions that bind them together. “I don’t take photographs just to document; I take them to feel, to understand, and to share something that words alone cannot express,” she says.
